Online Pharmacy Policy

Our clinic has decided not to work with online pharmacies effective May 1st, 2023.

Why we chose to stop working with third-party online pharmacies:

First and foremost, our top priority is the health and well-being of your pet. We have encountered numerous instances of counterfeit or expired medications being sold through online pharmacies. Additionally, many online pharmacies do not have licensed pharmacists overseeing the dispensing of medications, which can pose a risk to your pet's health. We cannot guarantee that products sold from third-party online pharmacies are stored or shipped properly.

To ensure the safety and efficacy of your pet's medication, we prefer that you obtain medication and food directly from us, or through our online pharmacy. ​
 

Our Online Store

Our online store is fully stocked with all of the medications, supplements and nutritional products that your pet may need. Not only does this save you a trip to our clinic, but it also ensures that you are getting the same high-quality products that we recommend and trust.

In addition to convenience, our online store also offers competitive pricing, frequent promotions, and automatic shipment options to make your pet care needs even more hassle-free.

Written Prescriptions

We understand that some of our clients may choose to continue to purchase food and medications through third-party online pharmacies. We are happy to provide written prescriptions for these clients. It will be the client's responsibility to submit written prescriptions to the online pharmacy of their choosing.
